摘 要:使用重量法测量肉桂酸常压下在甲醇、乙醇、1-丙醇、2-丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、乙酸甲酯和乙酸乙酯等8种纯溶剂中的溶解度,采用Apelblat方程、van’t Hoff方程、λh方程、NRTL方程、Uniquac方程和Wilson方程关联肉桂酸在纯溶剂中的溶解度,其中Apelblat方程的关联效果最好。结果表明,肉桂酸在8种溶剂中溶解度随温度的升高而升高,在乙酸乙酯中溶解度最大。A gravimetric method has been used to measure the solubility of cinnamic acid in eight pure solvents-- methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-propanol, n-butanol, iso-butanol, methyl acetate and ethyl acetate--from (293.15 to 328.15) K under atmospheric pressure(p = 0. 1 MPa). The modified Apelblat equation, van't Hoff equation, Ah equation, nonrandom two-liquid (NRTL) equation, universal quasichemical (Uniquac) equation and Wilson equation were used to correlate the solubility of cinnamic acid in the pure solvents. The solubilities calculat- ed using the equations were all in good agreement with the experimental values, although the modified Apelblat equation was the most suitable with the highest accuracy. The result showed that the solubility of cinnamic acid in- creased with the increasced temperture in eight pure solvents and the maximum solubility is in ethyl acetate.
