摘  要:为了解决配重块在高速旋转中产生的离心力造成平衡盘形变,严重时破坏平衡盘的稳定自锁状态、使配重块位置滑动或平衡盘卡死无法转动的问题,利用ANSYS建立了带深沟球轴承的平衡盘三维模型。在保证平衡盘平衡能力不变的前提下,分析了不同配重块形状、不同转速、不同轴承材料以及两配重块不同平衡能力对平衡盘变形的影响。仿真结果表明:通过优化设计配重块形状、改用陶瓷轴承支撑以及两配重块设计成相同平衡能力的方法,能够有效降低平衡盘的径向以及轴向变形,提高平衡盘的允许工作转速及稳定性能。The centrifugal force of a weight block at high rotation speed can cause deformation of a balance plate, destroy the stable self-locking state of the balance plate and slippage of the weight block or jamming of the balance plate at severe deformations. In an attempt to overcome this problem, a three-dimensional model involving deep groove ball bearings with a balance plate has been set up using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Under the constraint of ensuring the same balance ability of the balance plate, analysis of the deformation of the balance plate for different weight block shapes, different speeds, different bearing materials and different balancing ability of two weight blocks has been carried out. The simulation results show that optimization of the weight block shape, use of a ceramic bearing support and a two weight block design for the same balance ability can effectively reduce the balance plate radial and axial deformation, and improve the balance speed of the balance plate and the perform- ance of the balancing head at high rotation speeds. This work therefore provides a reference and basis for the design and optimization of a balance plate.
