摘 要:为提高涡流空气分级机内物料的分散性,在对单层撒料盘物料分散进行理论分析的基础上,提出一种新型的双层撒料盘。以建筑用砂为试验物料,设计了涡流空气分级机撒料盘物料分散模拟试验;以单位面积平均物料量作为衡量物料分散性的指标,对单、双层撒料盘分散物料的过程进行对比试验研究。试验结果表明:撒出物料的料带分布趋势与理论计算一致,双层撒料盘撒出的物料料带最远距离更大,料带覆盖网格数更多,故单位面积平均物料量更少,单位面积平均物料量最大相对减少量为29.2%,说明双层撒料盘可有效改善物料在分级机内的分散性。In order to improve the material dispersion in a turbo air classifier, a new double spreading disk has been developed based on a theoretical analysis of material dispersion using a single spreading disk. Simulation and experiments of material dispersion on the spreading disk have been designed using building sand. The average a- mount of material per unit area is used as the index to characterize the material dispersion, and comparative experi- ments of material dispersion for the single and the double spreading disk have been completed. The distribution trends of the material in the experiments are in agreement with the theoretical calculations. The furthest spreading distance for the double spreading disk is larger than that for the single spreading disk. Thus, there is less average material amount per unit area for the double spreading disk compared to that for the single spreading disk. The maximum relative reduction of the average material amount per unit area is 29.2%. These results show that the use of a double spreading disk can simply and effectively improve the material dispersion in a turbo air classifier.
