胃舒宁片联合泮托拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃舒宁片联合泮托拉唑肠溶片治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月—2016年3月在陕西中医药大学附属二院接受治疗的十二指肠溃疡患者84例,根据治疗方案的差别分为对照组和治疗组,每组各42例。对照组口服泮托拉唑肠溶片,40 mg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服胃舒宁片,5片/次,3次。两组患者均治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的血清学指标和临床症状消失时间的情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为85.71%、97.62%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)、核转录因子κB(NF-κB)均明显降低,而一氧化氮(NO)明显上升,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组腹痛、反酸和烧心症状消失时间明显短于治疗组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃舒宁片联合泮托拉唑肠溶片治疗十二指肠溃疡具有较好的临床疗效,可明显降低血清炎性因子水平,改善临床症状,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Weishuning Tablets combined with Pantoprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets in treatment of duodenal ulcer. Methods Patients（84 cases） with duodenal ulcer in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to March 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the different treatment plans, patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 42 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Pantoprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets, 40 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Weishuning Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and serological indexes and disappearing time of clinical symptoms in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 85.71% and 97.62%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the levels of IL-8, TGF-α, and NF-κB in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of NO in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）. And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the disappearing times of abdominal pain, acid reflux, and heartburn in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Weishuning Tablets combined with Pantoprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of duodenal ulcer, and can decrease the level of serum inflammatory factors, improve clinical symptoms, which has a certain clinical application value.
