优质护理服务在眼科手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理服务在眼科手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取深圳市眼科医院收治的264例眼科手术患者,随机分为两组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受优质护理,比较两组护理效果和患者满意度。结果:对照组和观察组患者平均住院时间分别为(20.1±2.3)d和(12.2±1.5)d,治愈率分别为74.2%和92.7%,患者满意度分别为(6.1±1.2)分和(9.3±0.6)分,观察组疗效和满意度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务可以有效改善眼科手术患者的治疗效果,提高患者满意度。Objective explore the efficacy ofquality nursingservice on ophthalmic surgerypatients.Methods 264 cases of ophthalmic surgerypatientswere randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 132 cases in each group.Routine nursing was applied to the control group,while the observation group received quality nursing.The nursingefficacyand patient satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results Theaverage hospitalization time,cure rate and patient satisfaction of control group and observation group were（20.1 ± 2.3）d vs（12.2 ± 1.5）d,74.2 % vs 92.7 % and（6.1±1.2） points vs（9.3 ± 0.6） points,respectively.The efficacyand satisfactionofobservation group were better than control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Quality nursingservice can improveefficacy and satisfactionin ophthalmic surgerypatients,therefore,the application can be extended.
