京津冀区域关键产业识别与比较研究——基于复杂网络模型

摘　　要：文章基于复杂网络的理论方法,采用2012年投入产出数据构建了京津冀三地及地区间产业复杂网络模型,从关联结构和强度两个维度识别了京津冀各地区及地区间关键产业,进而将关键产业划分为区域核心关键产业、局部关键产业和潜在关键产业,并且对各地区域关键产业分布情况进行分析比较。研究结果表明:北京的区域关键产业最多,其中现代服务业占近7成,美中不足的是科技研发和服务业未能有效带动其他地区的产业升级发展;天津的区域关键产业分布呈现能源、制造和服务业三足鼎立的局面,但其区域关键产业大多为局部关键产业,仅带动了本地区发展,其优势产业未能惠及整个地区;河北区域核心关键产业数量最多,在全区域经济关联中贡献最大,但产业结构比较单一,农业和服务业发展滞后,限制了其进一步发挥对区域发展的基础支撑作用。In this paper, we identify key industries from two aspects of correlation structure and intensity by introducing the complex network theory and employing the input-output data of 2012 to build a complex industrial network model of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei region. We further divide key industries into regional core key industries, local key industries and potential key industries, and analyze and compare the distribution of key industries in different areas. The results show that： The number of regional key industries in Beijing is the largest, in which the modern service industry accounts for nearly 70%, the only draw- back is that science and technology R ＆ D and service industries fail to effectively promote industrial upgrading and development in other areas ; The regional key industries in Tianjin focus on energy, manufacturing and service industries, but most of its regional key industries are local key industries, which only lead to the development of the area, and its advantage industries fail to promote the development of the entire region ; The number of regional core key industries in Hebei is the largest, which plays the biggest role in promoting regional economic linkages, but its industrial structure is single and the development of agriculture and service industry lags behind, which limits its effect of foundation support on regional develooment.
