摘　　要：由于野生动物药材资源数量减少和动物权利运动的发展,动物药材资源的开发与利用在中医药产业中遭遇生产实践与伦理理论的双重困境。为了解决动物保护与动物利用之间的现实困境,当前中医药科研与临床应用中最主要的解决思路是替代使用,但以人工制品为主的替代使用在技术层面存在着诸多困难,在理论层面也存在着一些认识误区,代用之后出现的新困境也值得关注与重视。Since the number of wild animal medicine resources are reducing and the animal rights movement is developing further,the exploitation and utilization of animal medicine resources have suffered a double dilemma of production practice and ethics theory in the traditional Chinese medicine industry. In order to solve the dilemma between animal protection and utilization of animal,the most important idea is replace the use of animal in current medicinal researches and clinical applications. However,there are many difficulties in the technical aspects of the replacement of artificial products,there are also some misunderstanding at the theoretical level,and the new dilemmas are also worthy of concern and attention after the replacement.
