摘 要:目的:研究比较丹参与白花丹参不同采收部位种子特性。方法:分别收集丹参、白花丹参主果穗上段、中段、下段种子,测定其萌发率、含水量、单穗种子粒数、千粒重等指标。结果:白花丹参果穗位置越高,种子萌发率越高,单穗种子粒数越多;丹参果穗位置越低,萌发率越高,中段单穗种子粒数最多;白花丹参与丹参不同部位种子的含水量、千粒重差异不显著。结论:丹参和白花丹参采收部位不同的种子特性不同,采收时白花丹参可优选中上段,丹参优选中下段,并通过分批集中的方法,提高种子质量均一程度。Objective: To compare the characteristics between Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. and S. miltiorrhiza Bunge var. miltiorrhiza f. alba C. Y. Wu et H. W. Li seeds of different harvest parts. Method: The upper,middle and lower section S. miltiorrhiza Bunge and S. miltiorrhiza var. miltiorrhiza f. alba seeds on the main ear were collected for the determination of seed germination rate, moisture content, quantity per ear and thousand seed weight. Results: For S. miltiorrhiza var. miltiorrhiza f. alba,the higher ear section, the higher germination rate was, and the more quantity per ear was, for S. miltiorrhiza,the ear section lower,the higher germination rate was,and the air in middle section had the largest seed quantity per ear. Different harvest parts had no significant effect on moisture content and thousand seed weight. Conclusion:S. miltiorrhiza and S. miltiorrhiza var. miltiorrhiza f. alba seeds are provided with different characteristics,upper and middle section are preferred when harvesting for S. miltiorrhiza var. miltiorrhiza f. alba seeds,while middle and lower are better for S. miltiorrhiza seeds. Partial concentration method is supposed to improve the quality of seed uniformity degree.
