摘　　要：脓毒症是感染所致的全身炎症反应综合征，是PICU的常见病，病死率高。有研究表明，在一定情况下，自噬可通过抑制细胞凋亡起到细胞保护作用。本文仅从自噬的发生及自噬在脓毒症中的作用及机制进行综述。Sepsis is caused by infection with systemic inflammatory response syndrome,which is a major problem in the pediatric critical care medicine with high mortality. The related research indicates that under certain circumstances,inhibition of autophagy can trigger apoptosis,and upregulation of autophagy pro-tects against the onset of apoptosis,which is a way of protection. At present,there are few studies on the rela-tion between cell autophagy and spesis. In this article,the autophagy occurs in sepsis and the mechanism were reviewed.
