摘 要:在流化床-提升管耦合反应器大型冷模实验装置中,研究了添加内构件前后环隙内压力特性沿轴向的分布规律.结果表明,环隙内各截面的压力均随流化床内表观气速增大而增大;添加内构件前,受窜气影响,环隙内各截面压力较大、波动性较强.在环隙下料管出料口下方80 mm处添加内构件后,环隙内各截面压力明显降低、波动性明显减弱,由流化床经环隙下料管出料口反窜到环隙内的流化风减少,装置的窜气现象得到一定程度改善,环隙下料管内下料更平稳.The axial distribution of pressure with or without internals in a large scale cold model annular fluidized bed-riser coupled reactor was studied. In this reactor, every cross-sectional pressure increases with the increasing superficial gas velocity. In the annulus discharging duct, under the influence of the gas bypass, pressure is too high and pressure fluctuations are more severe.After internals installed at the distance 80 mm below the riser entrance, pressure is lower and pressure fluctuations are less severe. Experiment results indicate that the gas into the annulus discharging duct reduced and the problem of the gas bypass is improved to a certain extent.
