摘 要:用H_2O_2氧化去除铝酸钠溶液中的腐殖酸类有机物,采用单因素实验考察了溶出温度、碳碱浓度、苛碱浓度、Al_2O_3浓度、H_2O_2用量和溶出循环次数对铝酸钠溶液中腐殖酸类有机物去除效果的影响.结果表明,适当提高溶出温度、增加铝酸钠溶液Na_2O浓度和Al_2O_3浓度、增加H_2O_2用量、降低碳碱浓度均有利于提高去除率;循环高压溶出次数对去除率有显著影响,随循环溶出次数增加,H_2O_2对总碳量和Na_2C_2O_4的去除率均逐渐降低.The effects of digestion temperature, Na2O concentration, alkali carbonate concentration, Al2O3 concentration, the dosage of H2O2 and cycle digestion times on the removal of humic acid organics from sodium aluminate solution were investigated by the method of H2O2 oxidation. The results showed that raising the digestion temperature appropriately, increasing the concentration of Na2O and Al2O3, increasing the dosage of H2O2, decreasing the concentration of alkali carbonate, the removal rate of humic acid organics by H2O2 oxidation can be improved. The cycle digestion times has an obvious effect on the removal of humic acid organics by H2O2 oxidation. With the cycle digestion times increasing, the removal rate of total carbon organics and oxalates is gradually reduced.
