自拟八味安中方对功能性消化不良患者胃排空的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察具有"疏肝降逆、清利祛瘀"功效的八味安中方对功能性消化不良患者胃排空的作用。方法:将200例功能性消化不良患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组口服中药组方,1剂/d;对照组口服莫沙必利5 mg/次,3次/d。14 d为1个疗程。比较两组患者的疗效及胃排空情况。结果:治疗组患者症状明显改善,特别是腹胀(80.13%)、早饱(82.62%)、嗳气(73.22%)、恶心(80.86%)等症状;胃排空率(75.00±15.01)%明显优于对照组(62.15±14.68)%(P<0.05)。结论:八味安中方能明显改善功能性消化不良患者的胃排空,缓解症状。Objective To observe effect of BaWeiAnZhongFang on gastric emptying in functional dyspep- sia patients. Methods Two hundred patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine prescription, 1 dose per day. The control group was given mosapride 5 mg per time and 3 times per day. Total 14 days were consid- ered as a course of treatment. The curative effect and gastric emptying of the two groups were compared. Results The symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved, especially the abdominal distension （80.13%）, early satiety （82.62%）, belching （73.22%）, nausea（80.86%）, and other symptoms. The gastric emptying rate（75.00± 15.01） in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （62.15±14.68） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion BaWeiAnZhongFang can significantly improve gastric emptying rate in patients with functional dyspepsia and relieve the symptoms of functional dyspepsia.
