摘　　要：随着工业技术水平的不断发展,如今生产过程中对自动化控制系统的要求也越来越严格,相应的自动化系统功能也变得越来越复杂,为能方便工作人员了解生产现场自动控制系统的实际运行情况,自动化系统厂商开发了相应的人机界面软件完成现场设备状态、设备运行情况、设备值的数据采集及显示功能。由于不同现场的生产工艺复杂,使用传统二维显示方式主要完成常规数据显示,难以用直观易用的方式展示复杂控制系统现场的全局分布情况,而使用三维展示也存在实施周期长、使用难度高等系列问题,为此提出一种在人机界面软件中利用45度斜视角技术展示控制系统现场工艺布局情况,以此提升自动化系统人机界面软件的使用便利性与可操作性。With the continuous development of industrial technology,Production process automation control system requirements have become more stringent,The automation system requirements become more complex,In order to allow staff to understand the actual situation of the automatic control system,Automation system manufacturers to develop HMI software,The HMI software can gathering device status,equipment operation,data acquisition and field acquisition equipment display。 Different site has a complex production process,Information can only be done using 2D data display,Using 2D manner is difficult to visualize the layout of the complex control system,3D display with the problem of a long implementation cycle and hard to using。So this article proposed HMI software used in 45-degree oblique angle technology show the layout of the process control system。
