摘  要:42CrMo钢支撑辊,单件质量为65 kg,要求进行调质处理,使其横截面上12个测量点的硬度控制在275~320 HB,抗拉强度达到900~1050 MPa。支撑辊的淬火加热设备为滴注式密封箱式炉。经过多次淬火、回火工艺试验,最终确定的能使支撑辊截面硬度和抗拉强度达到要求的热处理工艺为:870℃×180 min,50℃快速油淬冷却60 min,然后550℃×240 min回火。42CrMo steel supporting rollers,weighing 65 kg each,have need to be hardened and tempered to cause hardness at twelve measuring points of their cross-section to amount to 275 to 320 HB,and tensile strength to 900 to 1 050 MPa.The supporting rollers will be heated for hardening in a dripfeeding pressure-tight box furnace.After multiple trial hardening and tempering treatments were performed,finally determined heat treatment practice which may make the supporting rollers conform with the section hardness and the tensile strength requirements is as follows:austenitizing at 870 ℃ for 180 min,quenching in rapid oil at 50 ℃ for 60 min,and then tempering at 550 ℃ for 240 min.
