摘　　要：女性压力性尿失禁尿道中段吊带术并发症较少,但仍是不可忽视的问题,常见并发症是术中尿路损伤、术后疼痛、排尿困难、尿失禁复发以及吊带侵蚀等,本文阐述了如何处理和预防这些常见并发症的最新研究进展,为临床医师提供参考。Although sling surgery for female stress urinary incontinence causes few complications，they still cannot be ignored. The common complications include intraoperative urinary tract injury，pain，dysuria，urinary incontinence and belt erosion postoperation. The article expounds how to deal with and prevent these complications，in order toprovide reference for clinicians.
