摘 要:在钢桁混凝土组合梁加载试验中,对每一荷载工况下产生变形的组合梁进行多角度拍摄。在三维重建软件中分别建立每个工况的三维重建模型,并利用Geomagic Qualify软件对组合梁点云数据进行比较,得出不同加载工况下组合梁顶面的变形色谱图。结果表明,该方法将点观测转换成面观测,能直观、准确地描述组合梁的整体位移和变形状况,能直观描述各级荷载下梁顶空间曲面形态的变化状况,满足试验表相观测和变形精度的要求。The feasibility and applicability of close-range photogrammetric 3D reconstruction are studied in structural tests. In the loading test of steel truss and concrete composite beam,we take photos from different angles of the composite beam which is deformed in each of the loading conditions. Models of 3D reconstruction for each condition are established by 3D reconstruction software,and the data of point clouds of composite beam are compared by Geomagic Qualify,we can get the deformation chromatogram of each condition. From the experimental results,it is concluded that the method which converts point observations to surface observations can accurately and visually describe overall displacement and deformation of composite beam,can visually describe the change of the shape of the curved surface of the beam under the load at all levels,it meets the requirements of the experimental observation and deformation accuracy. It would lay the foundation for further research and application of close-range photogrammetric 3D reconstruction.
