摘  要:分析了当前工程训练教学队伍建设存在的问题,阐述了高等工科院校加强工程训练教学队伍建设的重要性和紧迫性。对工程训练教学队伍的构成进行了明确划分,提出了教师系列理论课教师侧重过"实践关"和工程系列理论课教师侧重过"理论关",创新了实训指导教师提升职业综合素养的方式方法。结合工程训练教学、科技创新和工程训练示范中心建设的实际,重点讨论了加强工程训练师资队伍建设的方法与途径,进一步明确了加强思想素质建设是师资队伍建设的关键,突出了理论课教师和实训指导教师有效融合对提升工程训练教学队伍建设总体水平的重要作用,系统总结了一系列相关做法与经验,并对进一步提升工程训练师资队伍建设水平提出了一些思路。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of engineering training teaching staff,and expounds the importance and urgency of strengthening the construction in engineering colleges. The engineering training teaching team is clearly divided,theoretic courses teachers should focus on "practice"and engineering courses teachers should focus on "theory ". An innovative way is put forward to enhance their professional comprehensive qualities.Combined with the requirements of science and technology innovation and construction of engineering training demonstration center,methods of strengthening the construction of teaching staff are mainly discussed. It points out that clarifying and strengthening ideological construction is the key to train teachers,highlighting the effective integration the theoretic teachers and engineering teachers. The integration plays an important role of engineering training teaching team construction. the paper summarizes systematically related practices and experiences which can further put forward some ideas for the engineering training teachers staff construction.
