摘  要:为适应军队建设和装备发展需要,培养高质量的专业技术人才,国防科技重点实验室大力推进素质教育和创新教育,通过加强实验条件建设,提升实验室的分析检测能力和基础研究水平;加强实验教师队伍建设、转变观念,重视实验工作,铸造一支思想素质高、业务能力强的实验教师队伍;增加实验教学及实验室开放管理,调动学生的主观能动性和创新意识;结合军事需求优化研究课题,以先进的再制造技术为平台,在学生参与科研课题的过程中,培养学生注重理论和实践相结合的创新能力,为军队培养高素质的创新型科技人才。In order to fit the needs of military construction and arms development we need to train students with high quality and special skills. The national key laboratories are advancing energetically diathesis and innovation education, arousing the initiative and innovation mentality of the students. The main measures include to enhance the teaching faculty team construction, to change conception and thought to form a teaching faculty team which had high diathesis and operation, to add experiment teaching and opened lab management to upgrade the test and fundamental research of the laboratory. The key laboratory combines military needs to optimize research problems, exploit advanced reproducing technology scientific research platform, cultivate students with innovation ability that can combine theory and practice. By these measures we can cultivate high-level scientific and technological talents with a spirit of innovation and practical abilities.
