摘　　要：文章主要介绍了Siemens 840D SL NCU,NX15,SINAMICS S120等西门子自动化产品在国内第一个全自动高速车轮检测生产线项目中的应用,从工艺流程、产品类型、选型依据、硬件配置、软件设计等方面阐述了控制系统关键功能的实现方法,详细介绍了NC程序中的位置算法,指出西门子系列产品具有高度的开放性和灵活性、极高的稳定性,有力地保证了生产线的顺利达产。This paper introduces the application of Siemens automotive products in high speed axle inspection line such as Siemens 840D SL NCU, NX15, SINAMICS S120. It expounds the realization methods of key functions of control system from process flow, product type, selection basis, hardware configuration, software design and other aspects, and introduces the positioning algorithm of NC program in detail. It points out that Siemens series products have high flexibility and stability, and it ensures the production run smoothly.
