摘　　要：针对汛期溢流污水污染、水体流动性差、水景观差等城市河道通病,结合通惠河水环境综合治理工程,力求探索一种新的解决办法,还原一条流动的、清澈的、充满生机的河。具体措施包括建设污水调蓄深隧、旁侧蓄污廊道,利用湿地湖泊滞蓄雨水、污水等。A new approach has been exploited for water environment treatment of Tonghui River, regarding the common problems with urban river courses such as overflow pollution, low flowability of water bodies and poor landscape. Concrete measures subways for storing wastewater are proposed including construction of deep tunnel for polluted water regulation, as well as retaining and cleaning rainwater and sewage in wetlands and lakes.
