致密砂岩气藏完井试采工艺研究与应用

摘  要:针对鄂尔多斯盆地SX区块,开展致密砂岩气藏合理配产、完井生产管柱优化、合理试采时间优化等研究。利用油藏数值模拟方法,预测了SX-1井日产量、井底流压变化、地层压力变化和稳产时间,并与无阻流量建立起对应关系。针对SX区块不同储层特征,进行了井下及测试工具等的优选,通过管柱强度校核,确定出了SX-1井的完井生产管柱结构。根据SX区块储层地质特征和试气动态资料,以现代试井方法为手段,建立SX-1井试采模式,对修正等时试井和短期试采合理工作制度进行优化。通过研究最终得出一套适合致密砂岩气完井试采的新方法,为致密砂岩气藏试气、试采提供经验模式和科学方法。According to the ordos basin SX block,research of reservoir reasonable production proration,completion pipe string optimization,reasonable production test time optimization for tight sandstone gas reservoirs is done.By using the method of reservoir numerical simulation,daily output,bottom hole flowing pressure changes,formation pressure changes and stable time for SX-1 well are predicted,and corresponding relationship with the open flow capacity is established.In view of SX blocks of different reservoir characteristics,the optimization of downhole and testing tools,through the column strength check,the well completion production string structure of SX-1 well is identified.According to reservoir geological characteristics and testing dynamic data of SX block,the establishment of SX-1 well test mode,optimization of modified isochronal test and short-term production test reasonable working system.Through the research,finally obtain a set of new method which is suitable for the well completion production test,so as to provide the experience mode and scientific method of gas test and production test for tight sandstone gas reservoir.
