摘  要:环氧粉末涂层油管在大港油田腐蚀油井进行了试验应用,在井筒内防腐方面取得了较好的应用效果,但由于抽油机有杆泵杆管偏磨问题损坏了油管涂层,使防腐性能下降,对其耐磨性能需要进一步研究认识。通过开展涂层油管偏磨试验,研究分析了不同类型扶正器对涂层油管的磨损速率,并预测环氧粉末涂层油管的耐磨周期,为优选最优摩擦副,提高环氧粉末涂层油管使用周期提供理论依据。Epoxy powder coating tubing was tested in the corrosion well in Dagang oilfield,and good results have been achieved on the corrosion prevention of tubes.The corrosion resistance of the coating decreased because of damage of tubing coating,it is necessary to further research in the understanding of wear resistance.Through the experiment,the wear rate of different types of stabilizer and coating oil pipe was studied,and the wear resistance period was predicted.It can provide a theoretical basis for the optimal friction pair selection and improving the use period of epoxy powder coated tubing.
