摘　　要：目的 探讨移动信息服务（MMS）对提高社区儿童糖耐量异常患儿治疗效果的作用。方法 选取2013年1月~2015年12月120例来源于我院下属7个社康中心所辖社区（总人口16万）的糖耐量异常儿童,按就诊顺序对其进行编号,采用SPSS软件随机化分配,分组时保证各组患儿年龄、性别、病程等的均衡性及组间均衡性,并采用单盲法均分为对照组和观察组,对照组仅采用传统教育方法规范饮食并配合运动;观察组运用MMS,并进行规范饮食并配合运动。比较两组干预总有效率及患儿家长对护理服务的满意度。结果 观察组患儿干预总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）;观察组患儿家长对护理服务的满意评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 在规范饮食及运动配合基础上应用MMS可提高社区糖耐量异常患儿的治疗效果,改善患儿的临床症状,患儿家长满意度高,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of mobile message service （MMS） on improving of the treatment effect of com- munity children with impaired glucose tolerance.Methods From January 2013 to December 2015,120 children with im- paired glucose tolerance from our hospital under the jurisdiction of seven community centers （total population 160,000） were selected.They were numbered according to the order of treatment and allocated by SPSS software in random.Chil- dren were divided into control group and observation group averagely by single-blind method,and he age,gender, and course of disease in each group or between groups had no great difference.In the control gioup,traditional teaching method was used to normalize the diet and the exercise as a cooperation,while in the observation group,on the basis of the control group,MMS was added.The total effective rate of intervention and score of satisfaction on nursing service by children＇s parents in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was remarkably higher than that in the control group （P〈0.01）.The score of satisfaction on nursing service by children＇s parents in the observation group was also much higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of normalizing diet and exercise as a cooperation,application of MMS can improve the treatment effect of children with impaired glucose tolerance in community,and get a higher satisfaction from children＇s parents,it is worthy of promoting.
