摘  要:目的 探讨保温护理对手术室患者术中应激反应的影响。方法 选取我院2014年1月~2016年1月收治的220例手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组110例,观察组110例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加保温护理,比较两组患者的应激反应情况。结果 两组患者的基础体温、麻醉后10 min体温差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),术后20 min对照组患者体温降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。观察组患者在血压控制,去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素分泌,心率控制等方面均优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论 保温护理能有效控制患者体温,防止术中低温情况的发生,减少了因交感神经兴奋而导致的不良反应,减轻术中应激反应。Objective To investigate the effect of heat preservation nursing on the intraoperative stress of patients in op- erating room.Methods A total of 220 surgical patients treated by our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were collected as objects.All patients were randomly divided into control group (1 l0 patients) and observation group (1 l0 pa- tients) using the random number method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given heat preservation nursing on the basis of control group.The intraoperative stress of the patients between the two groups was compared.Results No significant difference was observed in basal body temperature of the patients between two groups,as well as the the temperature after 10 rain anesthesia (P〉O.O5).The temperature after 20 rain operation were significantly decreased in control group (P〈0.01).The control of blood pressure,the level of NE,E and heart rate in the observation group are significantly better than those in the control group (P〈0.01).Conclusion The heat preservation nursing can effectively control the temperature of the patients,prevent the patients from intraoperativc hypothermia eas- es, reduce the adverse effect caused by the sympathetic nervous excitement,and alleviate intraoperative stress response.
