摘　　要：目的 探讨Herber钉结合“动静结合”锻炼治疗桡骨小头骨折的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析我科16例Herbert钉结合“动静结合”锻炼治疗单纯桡骨小头骨折的临床疗效。结果 16例患者随访时间6~10个月,中位数6个月,采用Mayo评分,其中优14例,良2例,影像学评估复位无丢失。结论 Herbert钉结合“动静结合”锻炼治疗单纯桡骨小头骨折效果优良,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect Of Herber nail combined with ＂dynamic and static＂ exercises in the treatment of radial head fracture. Methods The clinical effects of Herbert nail combined with ＂dynamic and static＂ ex- ercises in the treatment of simple radial head fractures in 16 patients in our department were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 16 patients were followed up for 6 to 10 months, with a median of 6 months. Mayo score was applied, and excellent of 14 cases, and good of 2 cases. Reduction without loss was observed by radiological assessment. Conclusion Herbert nail combined with ＂dynamic and static＂ exercises is effective in the treatment of simple radial head fractures, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
