摘 要:目的 分析医院悬挂式输液架表面的细菌污染情况,以便于采取针对性的干预对策控制细菌污染。方法选择我区某医院病区的悬挂式输液架作为分析对象,调查细菌污染情况时采用棉拭子、营养琼脂等工具,培养样本后计算菌落数及鉴别细菌种类。同时选取2014年7月-2016年6月各科室治疗的病例研究干预效果,其中2014年7月-2015年6月为干预前入选病例301例,2015年7月-2016年6月为干预后入选病例312例。比较应用干预对策前后的细菌污染情况、干预效果。结果 应用干预措施后各科室输液架的细菌总数、病原菌株数明显减少,污染率显著降低。应用干预对策前入选病例的感染率为1.66%,满意度为93.02%;应用干预对策后感染率为1.28%,满意度为99.36%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 应重视研究输液架表面的细菌污染特点,并采用干预对策切断细菌污染途径。Objective To analyze the bacterial contamination on the surface of hospital hanging infusion stand, and to control the bacterial contamination with targeted intervention measures. Methods The hanging infusion stands of a hospital ward in our district were selected as the analysis subjects. Cotton swab, nutrient agar and other tools were applied when the bacterial contamination was investigated. The number of colonies were counted and the types of bacteria were identified after the sample was cultured. The intervention effect of each study case treated in each department from 2014.7 to 2016.6 was selected. Among them, 301 cases were included from 2014.7 to 2015.6, and 312 cases were included from 2015.7 to 2016.6. At the same time, the bacterial contamination and intervention effect were compared before and after the intervention. Results The total number of bacteria, the number of pathogenic strains and the rate of contamination were significantly decreased after the application of intervention measures in all departments. The infection rate was 1.66% and the satisfaction rate was 93.02% in the included cases before intervention. The infection rate was 1.28% and the satisfaction rate was 99.36% after intervention. Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to the characteristics of bacterial contamination on the surface of infusion stand and to cut down the path of bacterial contamination by intervention measures.
