摘　　要：目的探讨助产士主导的孕产期连续照护模式对初产妇情绪(焦虑、抑郁)及护理满意度的影响。方法选择在我院定期产检及分娩的122名初产妇为研究对象,随机分为实验组(n=62)和对照组(n=60),实验组实施由助产士主导、以家庭为中心的孕产期连续照护,即孕期家属参与个性化指导、分娩期家属陪伴分娩、产褥期家属参与产科床旁护理、产后2周家庭访视指导孕产期照护;对照组实施常规产前护理,比较两组初产妇的焦虑、抑郁评分及护理满意度。结果干预前两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分及护理满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后实验组焦虑、抑郁的得分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后实验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论助产士主导的孕产期连续照护能够明显降低初产妇焦虑、抑郁,并能提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of midwife-led continuous maternal care model on primipara emotions （anxiety, depression） and nursing satisfaction. Methods A total of 122 primiparas who were given regular maternal examination and delivered in our hospital were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups： experiment group（n=62） and control group（n=60）. A midwife-led, family-centered model of continuous care for maternity was implemented by the intervention group in the experimental group. Namely, personalized guidance of family members involved in pregnancy, delivery accompanied by family members, bedside care by family members dur- ing puqrperium, obstetric and maternal care of home visit and guidance 2 weeks after delivery; routine prenatal care was provided in the control group, primiparous anxiety, depression scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in anxiety score, depression score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups before intervention （P〉0.05）. The scores of anxiety and depression in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）; After the intervention, the nursing satisfaction in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Midwife-led continuous maternity care can significantiy reduce anxiety and depression in primipara and improve nursing Satisfaction.
