共情护理对支气管哮喘患者心理状况及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨共情护理对支气管哮喘患者心理状况及生活质量的影响。方法将100例支气管哮喘患者按照随机数字表法分为常规护理组与共情护理组,每组50例,护理前后接受汉密尔顿抑郁评分表(HAMD)与生活质量问卷(QLQC30)检测,分析患者生理状况和生活质量的变化。结果护理后共情护理组HAMD分值低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与护理前比较,护理后两组HAMD分值均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前各维度评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后共情护理组各维度评分均高于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与护理前比较,两组各维度护理后评分均升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论共情护理服务可以明显改善支气管哮喘患者心理状况及生活质量,对患者疾病恢复具有重要促进作用,值得临床推荐。Objective To investigate the effect of empathy nursing on psychological status and quality of life in the patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 100 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the routine nursing group and empathy nursing group according to the random number table, with 50 patients in each group. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD） and Quality of Life Questionnaire （QLQC30） were given to the patients before and after the nursing. The changes of physiological status and quality of life were analyzed in the patients. Results The score of HAMD in the empathy nursing group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically signifi- Cant （P〈O.05）; the HAMD scores of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference of the score of each dimension be tween the two groups before nursing （P〉0.05）. After nursing, the score of each dimension in the empathy nursing group was higher than that in the routine nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Com pared with those before nursing, the scores of each dimension in the two groups were increased after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Empathy Nursing care is able ＇to significantly improve the effects on the psychological condition and quality of life in the patients with bronchial asthma, which plays an important promoting effects on patients＂ recovery and is worthy of clinical recommendations.
