摘 要:利用汽车后桥传动效率试验台架对某MPV车型后桥传动效率的影响因素进行分析,针对驱动桥的轴承进行深入研究,发现轴承是影响驱动轴传动效率的一个重要因素。分别对驱动桥的轴承摩擦力矩、游隙以及轴承密封进行分析,结果显示,密封圈的摩擦力矩占比达85%以上,是轴承主要的功率消耗。在对轴承游隙的试验研究中发现,适当增大轴承游隙,能够提高后桥传动效率。The influence factors on the transmission efficiency of MPV car driving axle are analyzed by using the vehicle rear axle transmission efficiency test bench. After the experiment of the drive axle, it is found that the bearing is an important factor affecting the efficiency of the drive axle. The friction torque of bearing, bearing clearance and friction torque of the sealing ring are analyzed to find the main factor of friction torque.The results show that friction torque of the sealing ring, which is accounted for over 85%, is the main power consumer of the frication torque of rear axle. Moreover, the transmission efficiency of rear axle can be improved when bearing clearance increases in an appropriate way.
