摘　　要：分别从IC卡燃气表、IC卡、信息交换三个方面对IC卡燃气表的信息安全管理问题进行分析,介绍IC卡燃气表的信息安全管理模块、信息加密技术、信息校验技术和ID管理技术。试验验证和实际应用结果表明,通过在IC卡燃气表中嵌入信息安全管理模块并采用3DES信息加密、消息认证码信息校验、循环冗余校验信息校验、历史追溯信息校验、ID管理,可以有效地保证IC卡燃气表与燃气公司售气管理系统之间信息储存、传输、交换过程中的安全性、完整性、有效性和合法性。The problems of information security management of IC card gas meter are analyzed in three aspects of IC card gas meter, IC card and information exchange. The information security management module, information encryption technology, information checking technology and ID management technology of IC card gas meter are introduced. The experimental verification and the actual application results show that the security, integrity, validity and legitimacy of information storage, transmission, exchange process between the IC card gas meters and gas company gas sales management system are effectively ensured by embedding the information security management module in the IC card gas meter and using the 3 DES information encryption, MAC information checking, CRC information checking, historical traceability information checking and ID management.
