四川省游泳救生员培养现状与发展策略研究

摘　　要：游泳救生工作在人民群众游泳活动的开展过程中能有效地保障人民的生命安全,起到"挽救生命、减轻伤残"的关键作用。本研究采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对四川省游泳救生员的培训、职业技能鉴定、游泳救生员工作现状进行调查。结果显示:四川省救生员培训鉴定合格率在75%左右,30岁以下参训者严抓培训态度可有效促进合格率的提高。救生员有季节性需求变化、工作强度高、待遇较低、无意外保险,致使救生员流动性较大,有证救生员上岗工作不足半数。游泳场馆与高校协作可解决游泳场馆救生员不足的危机,实现高校与游泳场馆的双赢。Swimming lifesaving work play a ＂save lives, reduce the disability＂, carried out in swimming activities among the masses and the process can effectively ensure the security of people＇s lives. This research used the literature, material , interview, questionnaire methods, survey on Sichuan province swimming lifeguard training, professional skill appraisal, swimming lifeguard, s work situation. The result shows： The lifeguard training examination pass rate at about 75% in Sichuan province. Improve the lifeguard trainers under the age of 30 learning attitude can improve exam pass rate. Lifeguards have seasonal demand change, low work intensity is high, the treatment, no accident insurance, the lifeguard liquidity is bigger, have a lifeguard mount guard work less than half. Swimming pool collaboration with the college can solve the crisis of inadequate swimming pool lifeguard, realize win-win situation of colleges and universities and swimming pool.
