摘　　要：提出采用客观性维度、资质维度和时效性维度建构科技查新质量评价指标与体系,并以模糊算法量化质量评价指标,提出科技查新质量评价模型。查新实践表明该模型能够描述和评价科技查新质量,且具有较好的置信度。The article propses to construct scientific and technological novelty search quality evaluation index and system by adopting the three dimensions of objectivity, aptitude, and timeliness. Quantitative evaluation indexes are done with fuzzy algorithm, and the quality evaluation model for scientific and technological novelty search is derived. Novelty search practice has shown that the model can describe and evaluate the quality of scientific and tech- nological novelty search, and has better degree of confidence.
