摘　　要：主要以加工小型零件"猫头"为例,阐述了在PRO/E NC数控加工环境下如何导入三维模型,如何建立数控制造模型和定义机床、刀具及加工参数。还叙述了如何利用"轮廓铣"、"钻孔"等加工方式模拟加工出零件"猫头",还对每一个加工过程进行模拟演示和保存成MCD的CL数控编程代码文件,并将生成的数控代码文件输入机床进行了实际加工零件。This paper takes small part named ＇Cathead＇ processing as a main example,explaining how to import the 3 d model under the condition of PRO/E NC numerical control machining,how to establish CNC manufacturing model and the definition of machine tool,cutting tool and machining parameters. The paper also describes how to use ＇contour milling＇ and ＇drilling＇ to simulate machining parts ＇Cathead＇,it also carries out demonstration in simulation for each working process and save into CL CNC programming code files of MCD,and the generated NC code file was input into the actual processing machine tool.
