摘  要:矿井多绳提升钢丝绳张力传感器可以准确的测量提升机运行过程中钢丝绳张力的变化情况,避免过载等危险工况的发生。为了提高它的测量精度,同时降低制作工艺对传感器精度的影响,抑制不同方向通道间的耦合,本文对矿井多绳提升钢丝绳张力传感器进行了静态解耦研究,研究表明基于ICA(独立成分分析)的静态解耦具有较高精度。Tension sensor of mine hoisting cabel line could accurately measure the changes of hoist wire rope tension in the process of running,and prevent the occurrence of overload and other dangerous conditions. In order to improve its measuring precision,reduce the influence of the processing technology of sensor precision,and restrain the coupling between different channel directions,this paper studied the static decoupling to the tension sensor of coal mine hoisting cable line. The studies had shown that static and dynamic decoupling based on ICA( independent component analysis) had higher precision.
