摘　　要：钢卷卷形的好坏影响到带钢的边部质量，如果边部凸出，不但会引起边部划伤、起褶，而且会导致钢卷在步进梁运输中遇到困难，容易从步进梁上掉落。通过研究发现，只有控制好带钢的速度与张力才能解决这个问题。The coil shape directly influence the side quality of strip. If the coil edge has bulge, the strip side will has scratch and wrinkle, resulted in coil transportation trouble on walking beam, which can easily fall down. After research, find out that this problem only can be solved by good control on the strip speed and tension.
