摘 要:煤层自燃是影响煤矿安全生产的主要因素之一,采空区注浆可以有效抑制煤层自燃事故。传统注浆工艺中注浆流量的计算与统计通常凭经验估计,缺乏科学依据。本文介绍了矿井注浆在线监测系统的原理及制作工艺,通过在许厂煤业矿井安装注浆在线监测系统,实现了注浆参数的自动采集、处理,有效防止了采空区煤炭自燃的发生,为该矿井防灭火工作提供了保障。Spontaneous combustion of coal seam is one of the main factors affecting coal mine safety production. Gob injection can effectively restrain or control the spontaneous combustion of coal seam. The calculation and statistics of the grouting flow in the traditional grouting process are usually estimated empirically and lack of scientific basis. In this paper, the principle and production process of mine grouting on-line monitoring system are introduced. The grouting on-line monitoring system is installed in the Coal mine of Xuchang Coal Mine to realize automatic data collection and processing, it effectively prevents coal spontaneous combustion in underground mined-out area, and provides good guarantee for fire prevention in coalmine production
