摘 要:由于白芨容易明显区分的性状比较少,给种质资源综合评价带来了一定的难度,在资源量比较丰富的情况下,单靠经验做出评价是不科学的。针对这一现象,本研究引用了灰色理论对白芨种质资源进行综合评价,从分析的结果可以看出,灰色关联分析法与白芨的田间表现基本是一致的。灰色关联度排在前11位的材料在大田里表现稳定或基本稳定,有一定的抗病性。综合灰色关联分析结果和28份种质资源间田间表现,永胜松坪和永胜期纳材料适宜作为优势种源示范推广;贵州、维西永春、大理洱源和丽江石头材料由于第3年出苗率相对较低,但新鳞茎发生数相对较多,可做进一步观察研究;大理鹤庆和兰坪河西材料第3年的出苗率相对较高,但新鳞茎发生数相对较少,可作为育种材料加以进一步利用。Bletilla striata tuber traits were less,due to inevitable difficulty in the evaluation of germplasm resources.When the amount of resources was more abundant,relying on the experience to make the evaluation was not scientific.So,we used the grey theory to evaluate germplasm resources of Bletilla striata.The results of gray correlative analysis and Bletilla striata in field performance was basically the same.Grey correlation degree among the top 11 from the samples in the fields showed stable or basically stable,which had disease resistance.Comprehensive grey relational analysis performance results and 28 germplasm resources between field showed that the material Yongsheng Songping and Yongsheng Qina was suitable as a source of advantage of demonstration and popularization.The emergence rate of Guizhou,Wei Xi Yongchun,Dali Eryuan and Lijiang stone material for the third years was relatively low,but the new bulb occurred relatively more,which could be further studied.The emergence rate of Dali Heqing and Lanping Hexi material for the third years was relatively high,but the new bulb occurred less,which could be used as breeding materials to use.
