摘  要:以6个四川桑树品种为对象,研究在干旱胁迫下不同桑树品种叶绿素含量、水分饱和亏及丙二醛的含量变化。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,各桑树品种间叶绿素含量、水分饱和亏及丙二醛的含量变化叶呈负相关,差异极显著。在轻度干旱胁迫时,叶绿素含量都呈现上升趋势且达到最大值,而水分饱和亏及丙二醛的含量变化不明显。在中度干旱胁迫时,叶绿素含量变化呈下降趋势,水分饱和亏及丙二醛的含量变化呈上升趋势,变化幅度均较为缓慢,而在重度干旱胁迫下变化幅度均较大,这表明随着干旱胁迫加剧桑树生理功能遭到不同程度破坏,在叶片形态上也出现差异。Six mulberry varieties in Sichuan were used to study the chlorophyll content, water saturation deficit and malondialdehyde content changes under drought stress. The results showed that, under drought stress, the change of chlorophyll content and water saturation deficit was negatively correlated with malondialdehyde and the difference was very significant. Under mild drought stress, the chlorophyll content rose and reached the maximum value and the saturation deficit and malondialdehyde content had no obvious change. Under moderate drought stress, The chlorophyll content showed a decrease trend and the water saturation deficit and malondialdehyde content showed a rising trend, but the change ranges were slow. Under severe drought stress, the change ranges were big. Accordingly, with drought stress aggravated, the physiological functions of mulberry varieties were destroyed in different degree and the leaf morphology appeared differences.
