摘 要:为评估吉富罗非鱼抗病选育系P4代的生长性能,对P4代34个家系的体质量、体长、体高、体宽进行测定和比较分析。结果显示,各个家系的生长速度存在较大的差异,其中14号家系的生长速度最快,34号家系最慢,两个家系间的平均收获体质量相差1.26倍;体长、体高、体宽与体质量之间的Pearson相关系数均达到了极显著水平(P<0.01),其中体质量与体长的Pearson相关系数最高达到0.979,其次是体高和体宽分别为0.967和0.952;单因素(one-way ANOVA)和元方差(MANOVA)统计发现体质量、体质量绝对增长率及体长在不同家系间存在着极显著的差异(P<0.01);各家系的体质量育种值存在较大的变异,其中以1号家系和36号家系的体质量育种值最高,均为15.76。研究结果为筛选出生长性能优秀的吉富罗非鱼家系提供了依据。Thirty four families of P4 disease resistant breeding GIFT Tilapia were selected to evaluate growth performance. The results showed that there was obviously different on growth speed each family, the fastest and slowest family was 14 and 34, and the average final body quality between two families was 1.26 times. The Pearson correlation coefficients in body length, body height, body Width, and body weight were all extremely significant ( P 〈 0.01 ) in each family, and their the Pearson correlation coefficient was 0. 979 , 0. 967 and 0. 952, respective- ly. The body quality, body length and AGRW were very significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ) in each family by one-way ANOVA and MANOVA . The body quality of breeding value was different in each family, the family 1 and 36 were the largest to 15.76. The results provided the basis to select growth performance excellent families.
