摘 要:为了探讨氟化物对家蚕代谢机制的影响,以家蚕耐氟品种T6和氟化物敏感品种734为研究材料,从5龄起蚕开始分别添食经50、100、200、400 mg/kg Na F溶液浸泡后的新鲜桑叶,检测家蚕血液和中肠中酪氨酸酶活性的变化。结果表明,在血液中,734添氟组酪氨酸酶活性是对照组的0.79-1.71倍,T6约是对照组的0.59-0.96倍。734对照组和2个低浓度添氟组(50、100 mg/kg Na F处理组)之间差异极显著(P〈0.01),2个高浓度添氟组之间差异显著(P〈0.05);T6对照组和最高浓度添氟组之间的差异极显著。在中肠中,734添氟组酪氨酸酶活性是对照组的0.60-1.16倍,T6约是对照组的1.23-1.62倍。734、T6对照组和最高浓度添氟组之间差异显著(P〈0.05)。敏感家蚕酪氨酸酶活性因添食Na F浓度的高低表现出不同的活性,Na F对耐氟家蚕血液酪氨酸酶活性起抑制作用,而对中肠酪氨酸酶活性起促进作用。本试验表明,家蚕酪氨酸酶活性与蚕体的耐氟性能有一定的相关性。In order to explore the effects of Na F on the metabolic mechanism of silkworm(Bombyx mori),the fluoride-resistant silkworm variety T6 and the fluoride-sensitive variety 734 were used as materials,the silkworm larvae from the first day of fifth instar with mulberry leaves soaked in 50,100,200 and 400 mg / kg Na F solutions were fed,respectively,and the tyrosinase activity in the silkworm's hemolymph and midgut were examined.The results showed that the activity of tyrosinase in hemolymph was 0.79-1.71 times in 734 strain and 0.58-0.96 times in T6 strain compared with control group,respectively.The 734 strain tyrosinase activities of the two lower concentration(50,100 mg / kg) Na F-treated groups and the control group were extremely significantly different(P〈 0.01),and their two higher concentration Na F-treated groups performed significant differences(P〈 0.05); T6's control group and the highest concentration Na F-treated groups performed extremely significant differences.In midgut,the activities of tyrosinase in 734 strain were 0.60-1.16 times and in T6 strain 1.23-1.62 times compared with control group,and 734,T6's control group and their highest concentration Na F-treated groups were significantly different(P 〈0.05).The activity fluoride-sensitive variety's tyrosinase showed difference with feeding different concentrations of Na F.Fluoride could decrease the tyrosinase activity in the fluoride-resistant silkworm's hemolyph but increase the activity in midgut.This results indicated that the tyrosinase activity had a certain relationship with the fluoride-resistant to silkworm.
