摘 要:以青花菜新品种‘津青一号’及其亲本为试验材料,用SSR分子标记技术鉴定杂交种种子纯度,从50对SSR引物中,筛选出了1对在杂交种和父、母本之间存在显著差异的引物(L21),该引物扩增片段电泳条带清晰可辨,且杂交种含有父、母本的特异互补带型。利用该引物对108株‘津青一号’杂交种进行纯度鉴定,结果为96.30%,与大田形态鉴定结果 98.15%相比,SSR标记与大田种植鉴定结果基本一致。这表明,引物L21可用于‘津青一号’的纯度鉴定。In this paper, broccoli hybrids, 'Jinqing No.1' and its parents were used as plant materials,SSR molecular marker was used to analysis the polymorphism of these materials. Among the 50 pairs of SSR primers screened,one pair of primers(L21) had significant and legible differences between hybrid seeds and their parents. 108 individual seeds were tested with the primer, and the seed purity was 96.30%, which was closed to the result identified in the field of 98.15%.The results indicated SSR primer L21 could be used to detect the purity of 'Jinqing No.1'.
