摘　　要：运用信息化理论知识,分析了苏北地区新农村信息化建设的特点。在此基础上,提炼了苏北地区新农村信息化建设的评价指标,建立了苏北地区新农村信息化建设的评价体系。运用系统分析的思路,采用层次分析法,专家打分法以及综合指数法所创建的适合苏北新农村信息化测度的评价方法,对政府制定符合苏北地区新农村信息化建设的战略提供了依据。In this paper, the theoretical knowledge of the use of information, the use of qualitative analysis, quantitative calculation and analysis of the characteristics of information technology. On this ba sis, new North Jiangsu information construction in rural areas model was proposed, the North Jiangsu rural informatization construction of new evaluation indicators were refined and the northern Jiangsu area of new construction of rural information evaluation system was established. The use of systematic analysis of the ideas,AHP, experts points as well as the composite index scoring method for north of Jiangsu, created a new measure of information technology in rural areas of the evaluation methods which was suitable for the north of Jiangsu and provided a basis for the government to develop new rural areas.
