摘　　要：预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP),是一种新型的钢性管材,是钢板、混凝土、高强钢丝和水泥砂浆几种材料组成的复合结构,具有钢材和混凝土各自的特性,广泛应用于市政及水利行业等的长距离输水工程等。文中预应力钢筒混凝土管的质量检测采用外荷载三点法外荷载试验和内水压试验方法进行检验检测,试验成果符合设计要求,满足工程需要。The prestressed cylinder concrete pipe(PCCP) is a new rigidity pipe, which is the complex structure composed with the material of steel plate, concrete, high tensile steel wire and cement mortar. The PCCP has the respective characteristics of steel and concrete, and was widely used in long distance water-conveyance project for the municipalities and water industry. The external three point method loading test and internal hydraulic test are used to detect the quality of the PCCP. The test results meet the design requirement and the project need.
