摘  要:目的探讨不同清洗方法对角弯鼻腔吸引管清洗质量的影响。方法将使用后回收的300件角弯鼻腔吸引管按日期分为对照组与试验组各150件。对照组在流动水下冲洗后经多酶清洗液浸泡5min,然后经超声清洗10min,在多酶液面下用清洗专用刷深入管腔反复手工刷洗,以压力水枪冲洗管腔,再以纯水进行终末漂洗,最后以全自动清洗机清洗。试验组以蒸汽清洗管腔20s取代手工刷洗,其余步骤同对照组。经目测、ATP检测仪检测清洗效果。结果对照组目测法清洗合格率为90.0%,试验组为98.0%;对照组ATP检测清洗合格率为85.3%,试验组为93.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论在清洗流程中加入蒸汽清洗,可提高角弯鼻腔吸引管清洗质量。Objective To explore the effect of different cleaning methods on the cleaning quality of angle bend nasal suction tube(ABNST).Methods A total of 300 recycled ABNST after use were divided into a control group and an observation group according to chronological order,with 150 tubes in each group.The control group was soaked 5minutes in enzyme cleaning solution after flushed using flow water,and cleaned via ultrasonic for 10 minutes,then the cavity of the tube was repeatedly manual scrubed using special cleaning brush under multi enzyme liquid level,and it was flushed with pressure water gun,then end rinsed with pure water,and finally cleaned with fully automatic washing machine.The observation group was steam cleaned 20 seconds instead of manual scrubed,but others steps were the same as the control group.The cleaning quality of the two groups was tested via ocular estimate and ATP detector testing.Results According to ocular estimate,the qualified cleaning rate of the control group was90.0%,and it was 98.0%in the observation group,while it was 85.3% and 93.3% by ATP rapid detection,there were significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion Adding steam cleaning in the cleaning process could improve cleaning quality of ABNSTS.
