摘　　要：目的探讨前瞻性评估联合分级预防对神经内科患者管路滑脱发生率的影响。方法将2014年1~12月560例置管患者作为对照组,2015年3月至2016年3月505例置管患者作为观察组。对照组按照常规行健康教育和预防管路滑脱护理,观察组在此基础上实施前瞻性评估联合分级预防。结果观察组管路滑脱发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论前瞻性评估联合分级预防措施能明显降低神经内科置管患者管路滑脱的发生率,确保置管患者安全。Objective To explore the effect of prospective assessment combining with grading prevention on incidence of pipeline slippage for patients in neurological department.Methods A total of 560 inpatients in neurological department from January to December 2014 was a control group,and another 505 inpatients from March 2015 to March 2016 was an observation group.The control group was given health education and the nursing of pipeline slippage prevention according to routine,while the observation group received additional prospective assessment combining with grading prevention.Results The incidence of pipeline slippage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Prospective assessment combining with grading prevention could obviously decrease the incidence of pipeline slippage for inpatients in neurological department,and ensure safety of patients with catheter.
