摘　　要：按照刑事诉讼法有关鉴定条款的规定,法医鉴定应在侦查人员的主持下进行,应遵循一定的诉讼程序进行,这是保证鉴定程序及实体公正的前提,是获得科学客观鉴定意见的前提,本文试图从法医鉴定程序构成的几个方面,阐述法医鉴定的程序及其构成,以期展示专门解决案件中专门性问题的专业性较强的法医鉴定程序的内涵。According to relevant regulation of criminal procedure law, the medico legal expertise must be proceed with taking in charge of investigator, and following the certain evaluation program to identified. And then, procedure justice is the prerequisite of entity justice. To get scientific and practical identification, which is the prerequisite and foundation. This paper tries to analyze that several aspect of medico legal expertise construction. I point out that the procedure and construction of medico legal expert. The formation of judicial appraisal system is just to solve particular problems in specialized cases. To show, the procedure of medico legal expertise＇s connotation.
