摘 要:通过5种不同基质对山桂花小苗生长量和生物量影响的实验,结果表明:5种不同基质对山桂花小苗生长量和生物量各处理间均存在极显著差异。苗高、地径、主根长、地上部分鲜重、地下部分鲜重和全株鲜重生长表现较好的基质配方均为1/3的阔叶锯末+1/3蔗渣+1/3的羊粪,可在生产中推广使用;苗高、地径、主根长、地上部分鲜重、地下部分鲜重和全株鲜重生长表现较差的基质配方均为1/3阔叶树种锯末+2/3黄心土,较对照差,不宜推广。Five different kinds of culture media were applied to test their effect on sapling growth and biomass of Paramichelia baillonii.The results showed significant difference among five kinds of different culture media in terms of their effect on the growth and biomass.Seedling height,diameter,root length,fresh weight,underground fresh weight and whole plant fresh weight growth performed best in the formula of culture media 1/3of the broad-leaved sawdust+1/3residual of sugar cane+1/3the sheep dune and performed worst in the media of 1/3broadleaf sawdust+ 2/3yellow subsoil.
