血清Nesfatin-1与2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的关系

摘　　要：目的研究血清Nesfatin-1和T2DM患者合并动脉粥样硬化发展的关系。方法根据动脉彩色多普勒超声显像将90例T2DM患者分为单纯T2DM组44例,以及T2DM合并动脉粥样硬化组46例。测定两组血清Nesfatin-1、FPG、FIns、HbA_1c、血脂、C-RP,计算BMI及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果 T2DM合并动脉粥样硬化组血清Nesfatin-1水平低于单纯T2DM组[(0.86±0.45)vs(0.91±0.36)ng/ml,P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,血清Nesfatin-1与BMI、HOMA-IR、C-RP、动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)呈负相关(r=-0.241、-0.062、-0.157、-0.237,P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,BMI、IMT是血清Nesfatin-1的独立相关因素。结论血清Nesfatin-1水平和T2DM合并动脉粥样硬化症的发展及严重程度相关。objective To determine the association between serum nesfatin-1 level and the development of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes （T2DM）. Methods 90 T2DM patients were divided into simple type 2 diabetic patients group （IDM group, n= 44） and type 2 diabetes with atherosclerosis group （DMA group, n = 46） based on artery color Doppler ultrasound imaging. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to test serum nesfatin-1 level. Fasting plasma glucose （FPG） ,fasting plasma insulin （Fins）, HbA1c, blood lipids and C-reactive protein （C-RP） were measured. Insulin resistance index （HOMA-IR） and body mass index （BMI） were calculated. Results Serum nesfatin-lin DMA group wag significantly lower than that of IDM group [（0. 86±0. 45）vs （0. 91± 0.36） ng/ml, P〈0. 05]. Pearson correlation analysis showed there was a negative correlation between BMI, HOMA-IR, C-RP, IMT respectively and serum nesfatin-1 level （r = - 0. 241, - 0. 062, - 0. 157, -0. 237 respectively,P〈0. 05）. Multiple analyses showed that BMI and IMT were independent correlated factors to serum nesfatin-1. Conclusion The research suggests that serum nesfatin-1 may be involved in the occurrence and the severity of atherosclerosis in patients with T2DM.
