摘　　要：目的研究成人手足口病患者以及家庭成员感染情况。方法对成人手足口病患者进行观察,并对家庭成员作随访调查,用RT-PCR检测患者及家庭成员的粪便标本病毒分型。结果 30例成人手足口病患者病原学检测结果均为阳性;随访30例成人手足口病患者45名家庭成员(包括大学生舍友),发现30例患者家中曾有手足口病患儿7例和17例成人手足口病隐性感染患者。结论成人可感染手足口病病毒,并存在成人隐性感染者。Objective To report 30 adult patients with hand, foot and mouth disease（ HFMD）, and to investigate its infection status in their family members or roommates. Methods A clinical investigation was carried out in 30 adult patients with HFMD, and in their family members or roommates. Stool specimens were collected from these patients and their 45 family members or roommales , and reverse transcription-PCR was performed to detect human enterovirus 71 （EV71） and coxsackievirus A16 （CA16）in these specimens. Results Of the 30 aduIt patients, 28 were positive for EV71, and 2 were for CA16. Investigation identified 7 children patients with HFMD （in 2 families）and 17 adult patients with asymptomatic infection with EV71 and CA16. Conclusion HFMD can affect adults,and may be asymptomatic in adults.
