摘　　要：目的观察308准分子光联合甘草锌颗粒治疗斑秃的疗效。方法将78例斑秃患者共207处皮损随机分为3组,A组:74处皮损308准分子光联合甘草锌颗粒;B组:68处皮损单用308准分子光照射;C组:65处皮损予甘草锌颗粒口服。结果A组痊愈率及有效率分别为54.1%、86.4%,B组痊愈率及有效率分别为36.7%、77.9%,C组痊愈率及有效率分别为7.7%、53.4%,三组比较痊愈率及有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 308nm准分子光联合甘草锌颗粒治疗斑秃,疗效确切,值得临床应用及推广。切,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 308 nm excimer laser combined with Licorice Zinc Granules in treatment of alopecia areata. Methods 78 patients with alopecia areata with whose a total 207 lesions were randomly divided into three groups, group A ：74 lesions were treated by 308nm excimer laser combined with Licorice Zinc Granules ; group B ： 68 lesions were treated by 308nm excimer laser irradiation only; group C ：65 lesions were treated by oral Licorice Zinc Granules only. Results The cure rate and effective rate of group A were 54.1% and 86.4%, and the cure rate and the effictive rate of group B were 36.7% and 77.9%, and were 7.7% and 53.4% in group C respectively. The cure rate and effective rate between the three groups had statistical significances （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion 308nm excimer laser combined with Licorice Zinc Granules in treatment of alopecia areata have confirmed effective and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
